Vijé | Langhe Bianco
Harvested manually in early September, it is vinified through destemming and soft pressing, followed by fermentation with
selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Refine for ¼ in new acacia barriques for 7 months and for ¾ in steel for 7 months.
Technical notes about Vijé, Langhe Bianco DOC
This wine is characterized by a precise set of aromas: gooseberry, acacia and apricot. But it is above all a floral wine, with recognition of lily of the valley, lemon flowers, narcissus, gardenia, acacia flowers and lavender. Exotic hints, with notes of yellow peach, mango, pineapple and citrus peels to close. On the palate it is warm, round, fresher than savory, but harmonious and very soft. The finish is persistent, with fruity flavors of apricot and tropical fruits.

This wine should be served at room temperature. It goes well with first courses with meat sauces, mushroom dishes, medium-aged cheeses and second courses based on poultry, rabbit and game.
