The grapes are harvested manually in mid-September and are vinified through a destemming and soft pressing, followed by fermentation with selected yeasts in new barriques to maintain the freshness and fruit of the Arneis. The aging takes place first in wood, for 12 months in the same barriques where it fermented, with manual battonage every 15 days. Subsequently, the refinement ends in the bottle (laid down) for 6 months.

CharacterTasting notes

This Roero Arneis is a well-structured wine. Harmonious, vanilla, with sensations of flowers. In addition, the taste is pleasant and persistent and the color is intense straw yellow.


Wine & FoodPairing

This wine should be served at 13-14 °C. Above all it goes well with fish dishes, cheeses, white meats and game.



Commonly, the name Arneis identifies an extroverted and somewhat rebellious individual, original and likeable. In the same vein our Roero Arneis Miladui, proud son of the Roero hills, represents all these characteristics in an excellent way.

The sandy soils give it intensity and richness of aromas; limestone and clay ensure structure and importance.

Above all a great white wine from Piedmont. In short, Roero Arneis is the result of a happy rediscovery; due to the intuition, passion and stubbornness. An authentic jewel of local enology, entered in a very short time the international wine elite.

A pale yellow colour with accentuated a greenish tinge characterizes it.
The wine has a fruity bouquet and it is pleasant and delicate.
A dry taste, without bitterness and elegant expresses itself on the palate. Excellent as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
Therefore, we recommend consuming Roero Arneis Miladui when it is young, at a temperature of 13-14 °C.
