Goj | Overripe grapes

The grapes are manually harvested in early November. After destemming and a soft pressing, the wine is fermented in barrique with selected yeasts. The wine refines first, for 14 months, in barrique and then in lying bottles for 18 months.

Goj is a wine made from overripe grapes. It has a pronounced scent. The fermentation and aging in wood gives it a unique intensity and complexity, but at the same time a great elegance. The taste shows hints of jam, vanilla and honey. A seductive wine.

Wine & FoodPairing

To give its best, this wine needs a serving temperature of 12-14 °C. It enhances its characteristics when combined with desserts, cheeses and foie gras.
