The grapes are harvested manually in late September – early October. It is vinified through wounding and fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by maceration in stainless steel for 5 days with frequent pumping over and delastage. Then, the wine refines 6/7 months in bottle.

Wine with a fresh perfume, with notes of red fruits. It has an intense ruby red color. The taste is fresh and persistent.

The wine should be served at 18 °C. It is perfect with first and second courses, especially with red meats.
