Indigenous grape variety of the area
The grapes are harvested manually at the end of September and are vinified through careful destemming, pedicle maceration in the press for 2 hours, soft pressing and fermentation for 18-20 days in steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 18 degrees in the absence of oxygen. Then, the wine ages for 3 months in the bottle.
Technical notes about Ancant, rose wine
At sight, the glass has a limpid pale pink. The fresh aromas of violet and raspberry inebriate the senses and blend with the berries and cherries. The taste of fresh fruit with exotic notes is clear.

Wine to be served at 13 °C. It is perfect as an aperitif, with appetizers, fresh cheeses, chicken and fish dishes.
